Return & Refund Policy

At ShopToday.com.pk, we want our customers to have a satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Period

Eligible products may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product should be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, labels and items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact ShopToday.com.pk as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Customers may be asked to provide clear photographs or a short video of the received product and packaging so that the issue can be reviewed.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Change of Mind

Returns requested because of a change of mind may only be accepted if the product is unused, unopened and in its original saleable condition.

Delivery or return shipping charges may not be refundable in change-of-mind cases.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-care, beauty, wellness, oral-care or similar products may not be eligible for return unless they were received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Products damaged through misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear are also not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once an approved returned product has been received and inspected, the customer will be informed about the status of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through an available payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking service.

Shipping Charges

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by ShopToday.com.pk.

Order Cancellation

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible and delivery or return charges may apply.
